Hi, I’m Heather Maher – the proud founder of Ladies Bootcamp!

Level 4 Personal Trainer/ Level 3 Pre/Post Natal, Nutrition Consultant

I began my fitness journey in 2008 after an exciting career as a professional dancer, touring across the UK, Greece, and India. Movement has always been a huge part of my life, and shifting into fitness felt like a natural fit. I started teaching classes in local gyms while gaining qualifications in Level 3 Personal Training, Mat-work Pilates, and Nutrition & Weight Management.

Since then, my passion has been helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — both physically and mentally. That’s why I created Ladies Bootcamp: a fun, supportive space where women of all fitness levels can train, connect, and thrive.

Outside of Bootcamp, I’ve competed nationally in Toned Figure, and I also teach Reformer Pilates, Pre/Postnatal, and Strength & Conditioning. I love working one-on-one with clients too, helping them reach their personal goals.

And most importantly, I’m a proud mum of three boys — including identical twins! So I truly get the challenge of balancing family, work, and self-care. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women make time for themselves and feel amazing inside and out.
