Ready to build strength, stamina, and endurance? Our HYROX-style fitness classes are designed specifically for women who want to take their fitness to the next level! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our small, intimate classes offer personalized coaching and a supportive community to help you achieve your goals.

This UNIQUE postnatal recovery and conditioning class brings you mat based mobility, recovery exercises with resistance bands and bodyweight movement, progressing into conditioning movement with weights, dumbbells and kettlebells for a full body programme working on building strength from the inside out.
