I’ve been on a fitness journey for over 20 years, exploring everything from HIIT and Spinning to Pilates and Body Pump. After using exercise to overcome skeletal issues, I developed a real appreciation for how movement can build strength and confidence. I joined Ladies Bootcamp in 2021 after moving to Cheshire and was instantly hooked by the variety, the community, and the fun! Two years on, I'm stronger than ever — doing things I couldn’t even manage 20 years ago.
Now, I’m excited to join the team as an instructor! I’m all about encouraging others, sharing a smile, and celebrating every single win (yes, even the burpees!). I can’t wait to meet you and help you feel stronger, fitter, and fabulous.

Hi I’m Kim!
I attended my first session at Ladies Bootcamp nearly 10 years ago and I am so delighted to now be on the team.
I’ve always been keen on my sport and fitness, I love running, team games and adventure sports. Whether its up a mountain or out on the ocean I’m always looking for something new to try.
Professionally I’ve worked as a watersports instructor and as a Reservist in the Royal Navy structured physical training has always been part of my routine. Born and raised in Bahrain, I moved around a lot before falling for a charming farm boy and settling down on his family farm in Cheshire. I really believe in the ethos that has been created here at Ladies Bootcamp. I love being part of an uplifting community full of kind, hilarious and hard working women.

I joined LBC as a member in 2018 and loved being part of a supportive community. I loved the no judgement environment where you could work at a pace that was right for you. I took a break to have my second baby in 2019 and came back in 2020! Just after lockdown I decided to make some changes and become a coach. I fell in love with exercise because of how it made me feel—strong, energised, and empowered. As a Coach, I get to share that feeling every day. There's nothing better than seeing someone achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach—the look on their face when they realise they can do it is everything. I'm here to help you tap into your strength, stay consistent, and fall in love with the process.

I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness — as a child, I was constantly cartwheeling and somersaulting through life! But after having my two girls, like many mums, I found myself putting exercise off with the usual “I’m too busy” or “maybe tomorrow.”
That all changed when I came across Ladies Bootcamp. The promo video gave me the push I needed, and I signed up on the spot — I’ve never looked back! It was tough at first, but the support, camaraderie, and community kept me coming back. I’ve since qualified as a Level 2 fitness instructor, a 200hr yoga teacher, and recently completed my Level 3 Personal Training. As a teacher, I love inspiring others — and being a Bootcamp instructor lets me combine my love of teaching with my passion for fitness.
