Level 2 Group Training

I've been on my fitness journey for 20 years, through a mixture of HIIT, Spinning, Zumba, Pilates and Body Pump.  I had learned to use exercise as a strengthening and muscle building tool when I'd suffered skeletal problems, and it was from this basis that my appreciation for exercise began.I joined LBC after moving to Cheshire in 2021, looking for some new 'post-covid' exercise motivation.  The classes were varied and I enjoyed learning (and laughing) at how to use equipment in new ways.  I began to make friends, and this was a boost motivator when signing up to classes.

The choice of classes meant that I was never bored, I never turned up knowing what was planned, or better still what I'd achieve.  Two years on, my strength ability is the highest it's ever been.  I've mastered moves I couldn't even do 20 years ago.  That's the core ethos of Bootcamp - there's no ceiling, no matter of fitness level or age, we all encourage each other and make sure to celebrate every win, and I mean EVERY burpee :)

I'm now joining the team to teach! This combines my love of getting to know and encouraging people, along with lots of laughter and smiles.  I can't wait to meet you, and together we can get stronger, fitter and more fabulous!
