Shelly Kettle 

Level 2 Group Training, Level 3 Pre/Post Natal

Just a little something about me. I’m Shelly. I joinined Bootcamp in 2018! I love the community feel it has. Women supporting women. No judgement at all. Everyone is so encouraging. I had a little pause to have my 2nd baby in 2019 and trained to become an instructor summer 2021.

Bootcamp helped me so much through lockdown. Exercise helps me escape from the everyday stress. I can get lost in my own thoughts and switch off. I love the way it makes me feel afterwards and the changes to my body have been a bonus! I’m a big believer in the power of exercise on our minds! Getting the blood pumping around your body and releasing those endorphins is an incredible feeling. The saying ‘no one regrets a work out’ is so true!

 

I started out very unfit and over weight. I’ve chipped away at it and have lost 2.5 stone. I started seriously after I had my second baby in Feb 2020 determined to loose the baby weight I’d gained over 4 years. I hit my target in feb 2021. Ive gained a few pounds here and there at holiday times like most people do. But through sticking with my routine I’ve managed to loose it again. On the whole I’ve been able to maintain the weight loss and a big part of that is down to Bootcamp. I’d love to help you do the same.
