Ruth Hadfield

Level 2 Group Training, Yoga Teacher

I’ve always been interested in health and fitness and as a child I was always upside down turning cartwheels or somersaulting my way through life. After having my two beautiful girls I no longer had the free time I was used to and although I joined various gyms and fitness classes there was always the excuse of ‘I’m too busy’, ‘I’m tired’ or “Tomorrow…maybe”. A number of years ago I came across an advert for Crewe and Nantwich Ladies bootcamp on Facebook,

I watched the promo video and it was just the motivation I needed.

I signed up there and then and haven’t looked back since. It was hard at first and my body ached as Heather put me through my paces. But I loved it, loved the camaraderie of the ladies and the support we give to each other.
I qualified as an exercise to music/gym instructor a number of years ago and then in 2019 I completed my 200hr yoga teacher qualification and a further 50hr yin yoga teacher training. As a teacher already, I’m passionate about education and about educating children about health and fitness too so by becoming an instructor I get to do two of the things I love the most: teaching and boot camp!
