CLASSES
Lift
Learn the Fundamentals of Lifting; Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull and Rotation Movement Patterns using dumbbells in an instructor led class. Perfect for Beginners.
Advanced Lift
For those who have mastered the movement patterns and now require more load to progress. Lift Dumbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, Slam Balls and much more in a self paced 8 week programme.
Burn
Our signature ‘Circuit’ class. Mix bodyweight and weighted resistance training with cardio stations to improve not only your strength but your cardio vascular fitness.
Flex
Using principles of Yoga and Pilates this is a much slower paced class focusing on stretching and strengthening as well as calming down your busy mind.
Express
A fast and furious 30 minute workout incorporating strength and cardio exercises for those who wish to get it done early as possible!
